I finally realized how awful this board is! I guess I've finally grown up

Peter Pan has been away from Neverland too long. Pan has grown up.

And although I will always fondly look back at my time on tRant and the fun I had here, I realize now that I've outgrown the tRant's folly. I'm tired of playing both Hook and Pan to tRant's Lost Boys and Ole Miss' Tinkerbell.

Auburn posters challenging my Arkansas friends to actual fights, bigots calling the Aggies "(f)Aggies", Tennessee still grasping dearly to the increasingly delusional idea they'll reach Atlanta and somehow win a conference championship, people asking for help off ledges, LSU fans suddenly believing they're world beaters after destroying a pathetic Mizzou, Mizzou fans suddenly believing the world has come to an end after realizing the difference between hopeful delusion and reality...I can go on-and-on-and-on.

It's all very exhausting and quite honestly trivial when compared to important issues which will affect our future, most notably the battle for the White House.

Yup. I realize I'm an old man but I'm proud of it! I'm no longer addicted to this board! I broke the habit. I'm free!.
