I don't understand why Mainieri didn't manage the infield better last night..

Is LSU so shallow at the shortstop position that your starter that gave OSU 5 runs couldn't be replaced during the game. Just curious because those were some gross errors.
Good luck with the rest of your run unless it's vs. UF

Baw don't you know that Kim Mulky is his mom?

quote:He and several others came back this year for one thing; winning the CWS. He contributed a hell of a lot to their being there. He had a tough game but you don't yank a Senior starter because of a couple of booted balls. Actually, first one was a bad hop that hit his meat hand and he made it closer than it should have been. He has struggled at the plate but everyone did last night.

He was out coached in every aspect last night

quote:Actually, his over thinking with Poche on Saturday was where he got out coached thinking Walker was good for the night last night. No amount of coaching would have saved LSU last night. PM doesn't pitch, catch or hit. That was a team loss.
