I mean Bama has won more than half the titles in the past 8 years, that's impressive. People may question one or two based on the bounces going their way, but they wont the championship game 4 times, which is damn impressive

I dunno I think there is an argument to be made for 2011 with Okie State. 2012 OSU probably sneaks in if eligible, but that's a big "if" so 2011 is really the one that stands out

In every season from 2008 to 2015 with exception being 2010, Alabama has been no more than 2 wins away at the end of the season from playing for the National Championship.
2008 - 2 wins away
2009 - won it all
2010 - out of contention after loss to LSU
2011 - won it all
2012 - won it all
2013 - 2 wins away
2014 - 1 win away
2015 - won it all
No other team can even sniff that level of consistency combined with actually winning the title during that same stretch.

No you see if alabama didnt win vs LSU(2011), they(LSU) would have the same amount of titles(A.S.) as Bama(since 1995), so LSU should be talked about also...
Also on the same subject LSU has the same amount of titles in three years(1958,2003, and 2007) as bama does in 44 years(1942-60, 1980-91, and 1993-2011), so
