I don't think Guice is the number 1 RB in the SEC

And I'm a LSU fan. The dude couldn't get a yard against Florida to win. Bo Scarborough terrifies me. If he doesn't get hurt I think Bama runs away from Clemson

Well you shouldn't since the number 1 running back plays at Arkansas and goes by the name rawleigh Williams

This is stupid. He's clearly the #1 back this year, and that 1 yard he couldn't get was him going to the wrong side of the called play.

Who was the running backs coach? Did he get a raise at years end? Do you even follow LSU football?

Guice is very good,I'd be glad to have him on my team. But this conference has many good backs that no one back has seperated himself from the pack imo.

If lsu can finally develop a passing game,Guice should have a great year not having to face a stacked box.

Kamryn Pettway has a better argument.

Scarborough may not even be the best RB on his team

He'd be the best on every other SEC team though.

I was on the sidelines during the last-minute-home South Carolina game 2 years ago when they rescheduled for the floods. Guice had 98 yards and only a few touches. I told my friend with me, "This kid is gonna be a star".

His top-end speed is not freakish, but I've only seen only one other RB with size who cuts like he does (Reggie Bush regardless of how he is in the pro's was a great college RB)

He just has the all the right traits physically and he has a heart the size of a whale. He's deceivingly larger than he appears. He's the quintessential modern day pro running back. He's elusive, he catches, and he can truck secondary. AND he's solid, put together well, and doesn't get injured easily. (Bo Scarbrough is a freak and can completely demolish a tiring defense, but he'll have to stay off the injured list to do anything)

The kid is the one of those guys who has something to prove to the world and to himself and he grinds day in and day out. That's one of those attributes you can't teach someone. Adversity and loss can make someone like a wrecking ball to the world. (I'm thinking Najee Harris might be the same way, only time will tell)

I honestly feel like his style will be more effective in the pros that Fournette, whom I love, respect, and wish all the best for. If he used a pure north and south RB, he'll do pretty good, maybe get all SEC or something. I think if Guice is used with a short passing game and can get him the ball in space, he'll go down in LSU lore as the tGOAT RB @ LSU, past Kevin Faulk.

Scarbrough separated himself from the competition during the last few games. He is one of the best in America and it's obvious. Guice is also beast. Couldn't go wrong with either one. Watch out for Najee Harris though. He had a 3000 yd season on a bum knee.

Bo, if healthy and doesn't have the fumbles, will be the best RB in the SEC.

Guice has the problem that LSU's Oline coach has forgotten how to recruit for the last 4 years and the Oline is a crap shoot with no depth.

Guice and the Auburn RB are better.
The dude who made this post isn't all right in the head.

Guice had more yards and more TDs on 62 fewer carries. Williams is good, but don't be stupid.

Scarborough? He'd be 3rd string at Auburn, if he was even playing offense at all.

And the consensus among Bama fans in the "Top 5 SEC backs" thread is that Damien Harris is better than Scarborough

Harris does not have breakaway speed. Gets caught from behind. Bo better not close. Guice will have a 1500 yd season
