I don't see a problem with escorts and hookers.

It's just two consenting adults involved in a business transaction. Freeze should still have a job imo.

It's the AD and University trying to save face.

Don't worry they'll get theirs

He is available. You may hire him today.

Ole Miss, however, has a different idea of employment requirements

If the AD and University knew hookers were getting brought to minors it will be very troubling for Ole Miss.

blah blah blah- he's an employee of the state using a state issued phone and then take into consideration all the other stuff that ole miss is currently going thru with the ncaa probe.

this is just like the idiots who said we shouldn't have fired petrino- as if he didn't hire his whore into a position on the staff (and
this time no pun intended).

there should be a common sense understanding that it had to happen.

I would. It's obvious he was commuted to his career. He didn't waste his time with tindr and the bar scene. Dude went straight to backpage to get his not wasting time.

Prostitution should be legal - kind of agree (eventually it will be).

Used government phone and his contract says he can't philander. So no, he shouldn't have a job if you go by the T's and C's of his deal.

I don't either. Prostitution shouldn't be illegal but it is. And Freeze was involved in it.

Also it's poetic justice for the fact that he wore his religion on his sleeve and compared himself to Jesus being persecuted when the NCAA started investigating him.

Unfortunately for Huge, the law and Ole Miss administrators see things differently.

on this I agree. Unfortunately, this type of business transaction is illegal and it is an act that breaks the moral clause in the employment contract he signed with the university.

So while I'm not going to judge his personal choice, he shouldn't still have the job based off of the agreement he came to with the university regarding his employment.

If the hookers were for him, sure. If they were for minors, then no, it's not two consenting adults. Minors can't give consent.

But I'm pretty sure it's a list of shite. Not only breaking NCAA rules, but laws. If you are funneling money to people, there is the whole tax evasion thing.

Selling is legal. fricking is legal. Why isn't selling fricking legal? You know, why should it be illegal to sell something that's perfectly legal to give away? - George Carlin

What if hookers crossed state lines to attend on- campus events?
