Glad to see you agree with me regarding the outlandishness some of your "supporting evidence" is.

ETA: Better be nice to me or you will never see the inside of scrooster's Cockaboose. (That didn't exactly sound how it was intended)

not at all. World beaters need to at least score more than 3 points in the second half of any game, let alone against one of the worst teams in the country.

We shouldn't have ever let you wannabes in the conference. Will you even have a football team this year or have your social justice warriors managed to shut that down yet?

When 16 points is an insurmountable lead, what difference does 2nd half scoring make?

You couldn't even cross the 50 until the game was already decided. You think Jones wanted to run the score up on poor Gary Pinkel in his last home game? The man has cancer for frick's sake.

I second roadGator... I'll put $100 on UT right now.

I've seen you post more than once that Tennessee beat 'the worst Mizzou team since 1999'. However, do you not realize that the 2012 and 2013 Tennessee teams were among the worst we've had in school history, and our 2014 team was only marginally better with a second year HC and a crop of starting freshmen? Whereas, that year you guys won the East?

The street goes both ways. After we beat you this year, are you going to say this was your worst team since 99?

It depends on if we end up having the worst Mizzou team since 1999.

Also, I don't bet...I predict.

For your prediction to come true, Tennessee would have to take a significant step back. I just don't see it.

I mean I can agree on not expecting a drop off for Mizzou. If you do have a drop off the program will cease to exists.

True...but Mizzou could take a significant step forward. No one expected Mizzou to take a significant step forward in 2013 after our disappointing 2012 inaugural season.

I actually think Mizzou taking a significant step forward is very likely...

Well, you went 1-6 in a division that was absolute dog arse. Anything less than a significant step forward would mean that Odom is a failure.

I mean the unlikelihood of that was my point. But while I've got you here, in all seriousness, and I'm not looking for a homer answer, what does your O-line look like right now? And I know a second string rb got tossed, but what does the running game look like?

I'll hang up and listen

We honestly don't know what to expect. The team isn't allowing much info to escape practice. Info trickling in indicates the O-line and Lock have taken a large step forward...but who knows.

We'll see what we have against West Virginia in 10 days.

Solid input. They've improved in every position from last year.
