Thats great and all, but Hurts played for a National Championship, and LSU/Etling played in the Buffalo Wild Wings Citrus Bowl...

They're both subpar. Etling can be efficient at times with the right playcalling, I've seen him make good throws, but then compound them with bad throws.
Hurts is inconsistent as a passer, and is a great runner. Both teams will be beaten this season because of their qb play

This thread and it's originator are both pathetic.

Eh, I wouldn't use A&M as an example for determining who is the better QB.

Not a single defense to be found.

Can we just hold out judgement until we see him play more games with a health back? He had a bad back last year, played thru pain not to mention he couldn't even feel his foot. Just saying!

Funny because we were hearing just the opposite before that game

So three top four teams with very good defenses versus not so much. Gotcha.

Louisville was the 18th ranked total defense in 2016.
Washington was the 31st ranked total defense in 2016.
BYU was the 23rd ranked total defense in 2016.

Come on man, don't come here with statistics. People on here don't want to hear that! Just like the OP, all he did was list stats, but still not good enough!

Both are trash, Hurts is better because of his athletic ability.

Says the Auburn fan who's heisman candidate QB threw for less than 200 yards against Georgia Southern.
You really shouldn't throw too many stones.
