Should I bet my buddy the aggies will finish last in the west? Every year we bet and every year I win his monies (he's an aggie) it's too easy and I'm feelin bad for him

Is this money in the bank?

New: QBs, Coaches, schemes, plays, and Conference.

What could go wrong?

If you have been betting him for the last 10 years that A&M would finish last in the west, I have bad news for you. You lost all those bets as next season will be their first participating in the west.

We won't be last. We'll be 4th or 5th, depending on who wins the Auburn game.

As long as there is an Ole Miss in the SEC-W, all other SEC-W teams need not fear finishing dead last in their division.

I think 5th at BEST. Most likely 6th or last.

Too many new things to bring in I think.

Sumlin's offense will make waves. It installs easily & because of the clearly defined roles of the skill position players in it, they rep endlessly.

A simple system that tightly defines player responsibility that allows for endless repetition at practice means good execution on Saturdays.

With a lack of real tape of their personnel running this system against SEC Defenses, its going to be interesting.

I still say Sumlin needs a Defense to go along with his offense, & I'm not sure he can grow one out of thin air overnight.

8-5 is best case scenario. Anywhere from 6-7 to 5-7 is likely.

gfunk, pretty spot on. we will not be last but we won't blow anyone away either. probably steal one at home from someone we shouldn't and lose one away in the same fashion.

Guaranteed loses = @Bama, LSU

Games we COULD win, but probably won't = Arkansas, @Auburn

Team we should be legitimately better than = @Ole Miss

Games that will truly determine our season = UF, @MSU, Mizzou

Assuming we sign up 2 more cupcakes, I think we at least win our 4 OOC games. We win Ole Miss. Thats 5.

Win 2 of our 3 tossups, and we've got a 7 win season that I think most people are happy with, considering the circumstances.
