They're ok but I agree they don't look like LSU. I thought they were cool when we wore them for the SCar game a few years back. As a novelty, once in a blue moon thing. Unfortunately they appear to have such a strong liking on the Rant that people want to see them overtake our traditional dark color combo. We hardly ever see these anymore, which I personally love:

If the Troy coach can keep this up (he had a ten win season last year) then someone is going to drop some serious cash on his doorstep to get him to coach in the SEC or ACC.

It's not why we lost. We wore that color scheme several times under Miles and won big.
Uniforms had nothing to do w/ both the O and D lines being manhandled by a second tier opponent

You look at those videos and a few things stand out. Aside from Brossete running straight up and not lowering his body to try and take on the defender, it was a good call with pretty decent yardage on a first down.
The other two.....where were the freaking LB's both times. 3rd and 2 stacked backfield and the far side of the field is all but vacant except for a 1 on 1 on the receiver. I'm watching Alexander getting sucked in and Key getting manhandled by the friggin fullback.....That's on Aranda
Wide receiver screen get fooled by the fake. Any time you have 3 receivers to one side out wide chances are it's a screen and then three guys get manhandled by two....that's Aranda too .

Troy taking a million bucks off LSU (while kicking their arse) that could have been put toward the Coach O buyout is pretty funny
