- 5-stars are determined by 247 composite (which has gone back and compiled composite rankings based on the existing recruiting services even for years before they existed). All-SEC and All-American are 1st team only.
- Florida had the most 5-stars over period with 22. However, only 11 of the 20 (2 in 2016) were drafted at all. Only 2 of the 11 were drafted in the 1st round (Percy Harvin, Tim Tebow) of the classes before 2009. The classes from 2009-2012 had 4 drafted in the 1st round. Props to Champ.
- Alabama had the 2nd most with 16. 7 of the 16 were picked in the 1st round and 11 of the 16 were drafted in the first 4 rounds.
- Georgia had 14, LSU 10, Tennessee 5, Texas A&M 4
Overall Stats
- 40 of the 74 (54.1%) eligible 5-stars were selected in the NFL draft
- 21 of the 74 (28.4%) were selected in the 1st round of the NFL draft
- 9 of the 74 (12.2%) were Top 10 overall picks in the NFL draft

Where are you getting your All SEC data? Craig Loston was selected 2nd team All SEC twice by the AP.

Interesting stuff.
Can put up the stats for 4 and 3 stars as well? Just curious to see the percentage of them that make it to the NFL.

Murray isn't the SEC all-time leader in TDs.

Great info. Lots of good stuff. Have you thought about including 5 star transfers in to the program?

The posters who really don't care don't take the time to post it.

When your team sucks so bad you begin to cheer for another SEC West opponent....
