In my opinion it won't be A role, it will be the ONLY role.

At some point the question has to be asked: Just how good is the Missouri job? The hire will have to satisfy diversity, recruiting and quality concerns. Same as any job, but Mizzou is in a national spotlight.

CBS Sports reached out to Missouri's Legion of Black Collegians about possible ramifications. The university's black student group did not respond. However, Reuben Faloughi did.

“There are racial issues, there are systemic issues that live here,” said Faloughi, a Missouri doctoral student, who described himself as an original member of the Concerned Student 1950 movement. “You cannot deny that to a recruit.”

Anyone who thinks a caucasian honkey will get anywhere near the Mizzou job is retarded. That school is full on commie.

I've got my fingers crossed that they hire Trooper Taylor, that man needs to be the face of the state's flagship program

The replacement president is a white guy and the outgoing presdient is supposedly the one that was the heart of the issues. White Gary Pinkel was on their side.

Every angle of this job search will be about race. All of it.

Gotta give it to you for defending your awful school for this long. If I were a Mizzou fan I would've switched over to a SLU fan about 2 weeks ago and just started following D2 athletics

There's really no defense necessary in this thread. If we hire a POC, holler at me and bump this thread. We can then discuss whether or not it was an affirmative action hire.

Mizzou will hire a white coach. Is there any good black coaches out there??? The team didn't have any problems with race. Correct me if I'm wrong..it was some of the regular students.

So ConcernedStudent1950 is considered a reputable opinion?
