How much did Saban hurt Lacy's career by putting him back in after a concussion?

He was not only put back into this game after a clear concussion, but was forced to play the next week in the big Western Carolina game since Saban was upset at the team for losing.
Now, Lacy is already suffering another concussion two weeks into his pro career.
