Auburn didn't chicken out. We were busy playing the real SEC programs of the day, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Georgia Tech... our natural rivals. Auburn doesn't chicken out, us and UGA have far and away the top two SOS all time in CFB history. Not our fault you had no history up to that point and we weren't interested in playing scrubs.

Auburn has two national titles in football, 1957 and 2010.

I can understand not playing during WWII, but it's amazing how 2 conference members can go 20+ years without playing each other. The conference was only so big back then.

Okay then, Mr. auNeck representative for SEC Rant. I've got a full listing of Alabama's national championships if we were to claim them in the same fashion that the auNecks do with the '04 season.
