He'll get at least 5 more years.

Realistically, Les will be at LSU for the foreseeable future. LSU fans should just make the best of the situation and support their coach.

This is it for Les. Alleva already set this in motion, no turning back now.

Part of his buyout includes 10 sq yds of TS grass that he can cut up and put in his spare fridge.

2 years. LSU will bounce back next season, but a miserable 9 win season in 2017 and the fan base will demand he is fired so they can bring in a new guy who will be lucky to win 7 in the West.

Didn't he get a contract extension not too long ago? LSU has him locked down for a while. Good for them.

Les isn't going anywhere. He's too much of a fixture in LSU culture. He's basically LSU's Joe Paterno. Until something like Sandusky goes does under his watch, Les will be at LSU.

His meeting with the players today will go something like this:

"I'm still the coach, and all the assistance are still coaching. The plan is to remain coaching, so we need your full effort for the A&M game. Treat it as a normal week"

and life will go on.

Bert to LSU. Knows he doesn't have the resources to win championships at a glorified MAC school like Arky
