How many leadership reps do I need?

To get a promotion at work. Does it matter whether they are physical or mental reps? I am thinking that one physical rep is worth three mental reps. Am I offbase?

One third of the reps needed to be a Champion of Life
So, if Promotion=(1/3)Champion
and Champion of Life = 5 reps (assuming that's all Tennessee is capable of)
then what I'm seeing here is a VOL LOCK

It completely depends on how many bricks you stack in a bye week. If you stack an unsatisfactory amount of bricks, it translates into a bad bye. Conversely, a large quantity of bricks = good bye.

You guys are clearly clueless.
It all starts with eye discipline. You can't have leadership reps and win life championship trophies without a solid grasp of eye discipline. You start learning your eye discipline brick by brick in Circle of Life drills. Only then can your individuals take leadership reps and thus begin to show the necessary resiliency and resolve.
