How long will USCe continue to be irrelevant?

Spurrier put USCe on the map, made them relevant. Now with him retiring, how long does USCe stay irrelevant? I don't think it's a prime coaching job, but maybe they get lucky and find a good hire.

It took them ~115 years to have 5 years of relevance. So I'd say they'll be relevant again around 2130-2135.

Dabo will finish with a 2-5 record vs the HBC, I imagine one of the worst percentages in Clemson history.

Yeah Slurrier quit before he goes out the way of Holtz. Had he stuck around "2-3 more years" he would've gotten smashed every game.

Morris is a "Texas man". It's been his dream to coach in that state. I don't think he'll coach anywhere else, I'd like to see him get Texas.

I think with SEC network resources, fan support, good HS FB, they could hire a good coach and compete.
I wonder who they will look to hire. Kirby Smart might get a shot. He certainly has seen a machine up close and knows what it takes to compete for championships.
