How is Ole Spice getting away with it?

If they are cheating as blatantly as everyone seems to be convinced that they are, then how in the world have they not received the hammer yet.
They are the type of program that you'd figure the NCAA would really like to make an example of. Big enough name to make headlines with sanctions, but not too big as to damage the sport in an overall sense.
What gives? Is it possible they aren't cheating? Are they just really good at hiding it? Is it only a matter of a time?

NCAA has been camped out in Oxford since February 2013... Sanctions are coming.

Basically this. Miami ruined the NCAA's enforcement side.
Until the big conferences get together and agree on reform there is no reason to play by the rules. I applaud Ole Miss.

The NCAA is so Gotdamn incompetent they couldn't find their own dick with both hands.

The NCAA Nixon'd their investigation of Miami. Essentially they did all of this crazy shady shite in investigating that they didn't even need to do. Miami basically skated for the biggest breach on a campus probably since either SMU or one of Alabama's misadventures.
