All I saw from him over a period of several years is get bulldozed by Alabama and Derrick Henry, 0-3 vs. Ole Miss, and winless against Les Miles' dinosaur offense. Garrett and the oaf Chavis even gave up 54 to Etling at Kyle 5 days after the Florida shite show. Y'all should be ashamed.

Same reason LF7 is a 5 pick pick.... measurements and freakish athletes. Their schools didn't help them.

He'll be a good player. Texas A&M sucking doesn't invalidate that.

Except for the fact that Leonard ran for the 2nd most yards in SEC history while playing 3 less games than Henry. Bama shut Fournette down but he had monster games against Auburn, A&M, Ole Miss, State, Arkansas and Florida.

Everyone shut Garrett down. In 3 years he had 12 sacks in the SEC. Key has that in 2 years.

that's because he was double and triple teamed many times... Chris Jones had 8.5 sacks at mississippi state and was drafted in 1st round last year making the Chiefs DL one of the best in the leauge... it is because he forces the OL to put more guys on him to stop him... this frees up lanes for other guys to tackle or sack the opposing team's player that have the ball.

If you don't watch out we might hire a guy who was never even a coordinator in college to be our head coach.

THAT would be really pathetic.

Measurables and potential. Could be a risky pick.

So was Barnett. Barnett got 28 of his 31 career sacks against SEC teams. Garrett got 12 of his 32.5 in SEC play.

15.5 of his total sacks came against the following teams (48%)

Lamar x2
Rice x2.5
ULM 3.5
Nevada x3
UT- San Antonio x4.5

If only he had Leonard Fournette's heart.

Random Trivia:

Myles Garrett and Leonard Fournette have the same number of career 100 yard rushing games against Arkansas.

His measurables are off the charts. But I think he's overhyped as frick.

Looks like Tarzan, plays like Jane, against quality competition anyway
