Y'all picked up a big name coach and I realize the team on the court now is not the same from November. How do you guys feel about him and your program moving forward?

I was wondering the same thing. He had 15 wins his first year and looking at the schedule, he may not even get 15 this year.

Looked like he had some momentum at the end of last season when they beat LSU in the tournament.

I feel great about him. Our lack of depth just shows how bad off Barbee had our program. we just don't have the jimmies and the joes right now.

recruiting is going well.

We should be a NCAA tourney team in 2017 or 2018

Great. I think we make the NCAA tourney next year considering the recruits we have coming in.

Feel great going forward, but ready for this year to be over.

Depth is the issue now. There's only 1 player from Barbee in the rotation right now. This is also almost a completely different team from last year. Bowers is the only real contributor from last year and he hasn't been playing the same.

Injuries have killed us too. 7 healthy scholarship players for the last month. If we were 100% healthy we'd probably be competing for an NIT spot.

The talent will be up a lot, but with no good post player, it may be tough for Auburn. He could always land a good graduate transfer though.

I think he is saving a spot for a grad transfer. There may even be another spot assuming Tahj is done for good. Trayvon Reed is back, he could at least provide a few minutes and fouls next year in the post.

As for OP, yea I feel as comfortable as ever about the future of AU bball. Once Austin Wiley and Davion Mitchell arrive, we will be competing for SEC championships more often than not.

Not a better coach who could turn the program around. The SEC as a whole has sucked the last 20 years, and AU was the worse program in the league. It will take some more time, and AU is smart enough to know this.

I love him. Do you realize how much talent we have on the bench unable to play right now? Plus, consider who we have coming in soon.

I'm glad he's at Auburn. We need him as much as he needs us.

Expected a better year, but you have to adjust expectations when half your team is out. Have a good class coming in. We'll get better when we get everyone able to play.

Why would you not feel great a lot of talent on the team and 2 top 15 classes coming in, can't put a lot in to this year starting SG hurt starting SF ineligible, and backup PG hurt
