How crushing would Tennessee losing to Florida be this weekend?

Tennessee folks are feeling good after the near win at UGA and the......competitive?......game in Norman. They haven't beaten Florida in years and Florida is clearly on it's last life. If the Gators go in and beat Tennessee in Knoxville ala 2012......how does Tennessee respond?

This should be a significant step in the Vols' return to significance...beating a well known team like Florida in Neyland Stadium.

That game was not competitive.
And did UGA ever trail after the first quarter?
I'm still not buying the Vols being much improved. They lost by 3 to UGA last year as well.
I will say UT at least thinks they are on the upswing while UF's mentality is teetering on the edge of a complete collapse IMO.
Will be interesting. One team is going to be crushed and may mail it it, one will still have a shot to go to Atl. Sorta a make or break for both teams.

It wouldn't be. The goal has been to get to a bowl game. 6+ wins and keep improving. That's been the story line all off season.

Anything can happen but Florida looks like warmed over feces. Their defense looks even worse after Vandy's D looked twice as effective against UK.

This is a huge game for both teams, though they seem to be headed in opposite directions. A win would probably mean more for Tennessee, while a loss would be crushing for both teams. Basically, a meltdown will happen either way.

A loss won't be crushing for us, because we need to go ahead and have another shitty season to get Muschamp out. It shouldn't be crushing for UT either as you should be used to it by now.
