How committed will Mark Richt be to the run?

Chubb and friends are some godly running backs and I'm genuinely concerned with all of them vs. our defense. But going against Bama, you're facing 2-3 AAs in the front seven alone. Is Mark Richt one to change that much from his usual game plan in these situations?

Could we expect a side to side game plan or does Richt put a lot of confidence in Lambert to get it done through the air? Only thing is, Alabama's offense is hot garbage....like 2006-ish. Kiffin could have Marshawn Lynch and Arian Foster as the 1-2 punch and would throw to a freshman wide receiver on 3rd and inches instead. I just wonder if Alabama's ineptness primarily at QB figures into the amount of chances Georgia might take with their offense in critical situations.

You'll get a balanced attack that will stick with what is working.

I'm going to talk so much fricking shite until we lose. Time to be insufferable like the rest of these cock munchers were all off-season.

They also use the screen pass very effectively. Chubb and Michel are impossible to stop when the play calling is mixed up. Michel is the most dangerous player on the field when he catches a screen pass.

We will continue to run it regardless. See the 2012 SECCG. We run to set up the pass, to set up the run, to set up the pass, etc.

Even if we're not getting yards, we will continue to run it simply to open up passing lanes.

Our problem will be if we fall behind and everyone in the stadium knows we have to pass. Then we're dead.

But expect a good dose of running, both between the tackles and sweeps. It's what we do, and we won't stop regardless of how good Bama's defensive front seven is. Unless we fall behind by quite a bit early. Then it probably won't be pretty.

Wouldn't shock me to see us go pagainst tendency and throw a lot on 1st down like we did against Carolina. At least I expect we will if Lambert remains hot and we protect him.

Georgia should just throw it vertically because Bama DB's can't cover shite.
