That is the old section. Section 19 row 8 has been updated and is much more current.

First...The University of Tennessee isn't that liberal. The gender neutral thing was generated by a release from The Office of Diversity. They have since been stripped of funding and told that they do not have the authority to release any more statements without first getting it passed through the University.
