How bad is SEC basketball?

The refs have to bail out a team playing another on a 14 game loosing streak to keep up the possibility of having a 4th team make the tourney. Sad, just sad.

Look at it in a positive way. Those refs saved history. LSU is going to be the first SEC team in nearly 50 years to only win 1 SEC game.

The 4 teams from the SEC making the tourney are UK, UF, ARK and South Carolina. I'm not sure what the refs bailing out UGA has to do with getting a 4rh team in?

Alabama went 1-17 in SEC play in 1968-69. Before that LSU went 1-17 in SEC play on 1966-67.

You only have to go back to 2010 to find LSU at this same level of ineptness. They lost their first 12 SEC games that year before beating Arkansas. The Tigers beat Georgia at home on the final day of regular season to get the magical 2 wins.
I think LSU will get to the all important 2 win plateau this week vs Tennessee. Have you seen the Vols lately? They suck.
