Gurley gets 4 yards immediately after this play to ice the game when in reality, UGA should've been facing a 4th and 6 or 7. And I highly doubt Georgia goes for it in that situation. There was some terrible, terrible calls on both teams in this game but this is just inexcusable.

I just want to win games by more than one score, so that these damn ref screw ups stop losing us games

They would kick a FG and if they missed, you would have the ball at the 29 with no timeouts.

If they made it, you would prob have it at the 25 with no timeouts and would have to score a TD to win.

Lets not act like the poor spot changed anything.

How about you don't go for an onside kick with 3 timeouts?

They didn't lose the game for you. You lost it when you fumbled in the endzone.

Sorry. Do you really want to talk about all the referee errors in that game, both ways?

PS. I did notice some pretty horrible spots starting in the first half. Spots that were off by a yard or more, going both ways.

Of all the things to bitch at the officials for in a game that really was a piss poor effort on their part, you choose this. Got it.

There was bad calls on both Tennessee and Georgia. Officiating this year has been terrible in the SEC.

Don't blame officiating for our loss. That's what Alabama fans do.

Im not blaming the officiating for this loss. Both teams got hosed on multiple calls. Peterman and the Hurd fumble is what lost this game for Tennessee.
I'm just pointing out how shitty the SEC's officiating has been this year, even by their low standards.

How in the world do you wrongfully spot the ball by 3 or 4 yards?

You just have to be an SEC official. We weren't even getting the benefit of the doubt from our own conference's officials against Oklahoma. Must've been confused by the red jerseys in that game to let all that holding go

The same way you call holding on one play and then completely let the exact same hold go on the next.

I would just be happy with consistency.

10 men in the box, still get 5 yards.
