Does it eat you guys up seeing how you've played as of late after blowing your season in the first three weeks? Would you rather have just have gone like 6-6?

Why would the injuries eat us up?

We have a good team when healthy.

Really? No we would not like to go 6 and 6. And if we played those teams now we would destroy their souls. Kinda like what we did to LSU last night...for the 2nd time in a row.

So 6-6 rather than building momentum toward next year? I'm sure that is the obvious choice.

Eh, not too bad. We had some key injuries early, including our best RB out before he played a down.

It doesn't excuse losing to Toledo, but we were pretty jacked up at the start of the year.

No. We won in Neyland, 4OTs again Gus at home, 1OT on a fricking crazy play in Oxford, led Bama after 3 quarters in BDS, and gave LSU stockholm syndrome in their own house. Even with the early losses, it's still been a hell of a season.

No.

We had a ton of injuries early. Nothing you can do about that. It is part of the game. At that point, knowing how good we really were, you just hoped you would get most of them back by the meat of the SEC grind, and we did.

Early season woe's I attribute to a new OC not knowing his personnel in game situations. Not knowing who to count on, not knowing what plays the offense was comfortable with in clutch situations.

By every account, the Toledo loss was a fluke. Arkansas outgunned them by over 200 yards, but penalties and having TDs called back cost Arkansas the game.

It is just part of it.

We will return loads of starters next year, from a team that is really proving its worth right now.

Yeah, we lost a lot of our D last season, so not a surprise that it took a while for others to step up.

I'm just relieved they grew into mens before the end of the season.

You gave up 52 to Auburn and how much to ole miss?

LSU was just one dimensional, don't crown your defense yet.

No, for rather going 6-6. But yes, due to injuries, breaking in new players, and Bert's tendency to be slow out of the gates the start of the season is a pain to think of.

Its still been an amazingly fun run the last few weeks with the OT games and another bombs away beatdown of LSU. Next year we lose some linemen and some key offensive players, particularly Brandon Allen, so I suspect the beginning of that season also could be fairly ragged.

Yeah it does a bit...should not have lost to Toledo or aTm. Probably not Tech either but they did outplay us.

Rather go 6-6? Why the frick would anyone want that?

Hawgeye you are the worst

You hyped up and crowned yourself national champion before the season

You guys just need to settle down and remember HOW you won vs Auburn and Ole miss.

We lost to Ole Miss and Auburn BUT we are VERY BAD

And we beat y'all, let THAT sink in

Be happy for the big win against LSU

One day you will realize that simply being in games means nothing. Arky is on the upswing while LSU is in a decline. Losing 4 games is simply not acceptable. You will understand if ever you get back to really mattering.

Whenever beating LSU is not the freaking high water mark, you will understand. Don't be happy to hang with Bama. Kick Saban's arse. Glory is in LSU's rear view mirror. Been on top and now wallowing in the slop getting beat by pigs who haven't put it together.

Want for more little brother. You just kicked big brother's teeth in twice in a row. Stop this excitement over mediocrity. Support your team but don't accept 6-4 for any reason. Petrino, that pitiful person, had you at least relevant.
