He is at 1,202 in 6 games with 5 games to go (plus post-season):

W. Kentucky
Bama
Ark
Ole Miss
A&M

Upcoming possible milestones:
1400 yds: 25th all-time single season SEC (K Moreno)
1616 yds: 10th (H Walker/1980)
1891 yds: 1st (H Walker/1981)

You guys think he breaks Walker's record? Breaks 2,000 yards?

Regardless of his yards, LSU fans will find a way to whine about each of them.

Barring injury, I think he definitely break's Walker's record. I'd love to see him do it in 11 games (same number as Walker), but there are some really good teams ahead of him.

2000 is a possibility, but he would need a 12th game to do it IMO. Getting in done in the reg. season would require him to avg. 160 over the last 5 games. I think LSU would love to limit him against WKU, and Bama, OM and Ark (run defense) are going to present tough tasks.

Well, barring injury he's got at least 6 games left so it's quite possible he gets the SEC record and 2000 yards in the process. I don't look for him to get close to the Nc2A record because most of his opponents are so good against the run. It would be nice for him to get the SEC record in only 11 games as Walker did.(Bowl numbers did not count back then, otherwise Walker gets to 2000 that year.)

He needs 700 yards in 5 games to break Herschel's record. That's 140 per game. I think it's very possible he gets that done. Anything beyond that is pure speculation. I'm talking about what he can get done in the regular season.

If I said before the season started that Leonard would miss one game, and still break Herschel's record in the regular season, you would have said I was completely insane.

If you throw in postseason, he should easily break 2,000.

He needs 800 yards in 5 regular season games to go over 2k. Well, he gets half of that against TAMU and if he goes for 200 against WKU, he'll only need to average 66 yards against the other three (had 79 vs Bama last year).

Since he is crushing teams worse than they held him last year, I expect him to go around 180 against Arky and around 150 on Bama. With a, not joking, legit 300 yard game vs TAMU, 180 yard game vs WKU, and 170 yard game vs Ole Miss, he should finish the regular season (11 games like the old days) near 2200 yards rushing.

Whatever it is, it should be enough to win the Heisman.

He is the real deal

That cancelled game will be his undoing. That's 200+ potential yards lost

If that's what it takes to win the Heisman, then the thing is a complete joke. What would getting 200 yards against McNeese do to prove anything about him.

Not even an LSU fan but I'll ban bet you that Fournet gets 100+ this year.
