Hog Fans - Sun coming up in Big D

Hoping for a good game with the Ags pulling away in the second half and no serious injuries for either team. Would like to see the Ags hold you guys to 350 total yards for the game. This is really the first true test for the Chavis defense. Going with the Ags 41-27.
Plenty of Hog fans in town, that's for sure. Made our normal Friday night round of Pappadeaux in front of Jerryworld and it was full of Hog fans again. Not quite as loud as last year.. hog calling happened only twice... but everyone was having a good time nonetheless. If I had my way we would be in College Station or Fayetteville for the weekend. Dickson Street would have been a blast last night.
Pulling for you guys to turn the season around... just not today.

I have to say, a game without serious injuries sounds nice.......
A win sounds better. Today we find out just how good Arizona State and Texas Tech are. Should be fun

Absolutely. I hope ASU offense moves the ball against USC. I will not be surprised if Tech puts up 45 points on TCU. They have a decent chance to beat TCU.

Football is such a stupid sport. Ya know? It's literally a bunch of dudes trying to get a ball across a goal line while a bunch of other guys trying to stop them. Dumb. But I imagine aggies will get that ball across the goal line quite a bit more than the Hogs.

Actually that is true - when things don't go well I think about how stupid it is that I get upset when my group of guys I don't know can't carry a ball across a line or can't throw a ball through a horizontal ring or hit a ball with a stick as well as the other group of guys I don't know. Hell, I may be rooting for assholes for all I know and the guys I am rooting against may be the nice guys.
It's all about doing something that people will pay to watch. If there was a universe where 80K people would watch a nose picking contest them the genetic freaks who would be getting paid would be the high mucus producers rather than the freakishly tall and \
/or big.

The game is an end of semester exam for Arkansas in comparison. We do not have to win, though that would certainly be nice, but we can't lose the way we've been losing with our schedule in the SEC this year. Not unless we want a complete collapse.
I like the idea of playing games in Texas to give the Razorbacks access to Texas recruits... but I'm no great fan of Jerry's World. Its a nice big stadium but I'd prefer playing at College Station. The crowds at Jerry's World aren't as vocal as they tend to be for SEC home games. It takes something away from the fun of watching the game.
Here's to a good game with no injuries for either team.
