If you equate superior job with more success historically, then yes. UAB has had a little bit more success historically, and definitely recently.

I'd say no both programs only have 1 elite 8 but Alabama has the edge in tournament appearances and sweet 16s ( 8 to UAB's 3)

This is hitting the nail on the head with a hammer. Cant even begin to describe how i shake my head daily when i see this exampled. Biggest offenders are the Arky and Atm bunch and of course the bottom dwellers of the LSU posters. Pretty silly how people will view things to make it appear they have the "power play"
