Historical Snapshots of TN's win % rank

With all the should TN be in the Big 6 discussion this week I thought it would be interesting to look at TN's successes broken down over time.
I think this shows that TN like most programs has peaks and valleys and that, while the valley we just recently started climbing out of was as deep as the grand canyon, we likely will hit a peak again soon, hopefully.
Below are our win percentages versus the rest of CFB in different timeframes from today.
All Time -10th
Last 100 - 8th
Last 75 - 8th
Last 50 - 14th
Last 25 years - 14th
Last 20 - 19th
Last 15 - 36th
Last 10 -59th
Last 5 - 75th!
Last 3 - 58th (tied with Florida)
Last 2 - 43rd
Last year - 30th

1989-2004 - 4th
5 years before Butch - 85th!!!!!!
Very interesting to break it down this way.

This breakdown obviously doesn't ignore how damn bad we've been.
I mean I have a very recent snapshot that shows us as almost in triple digits for God's sake.
But I will say I can show that we are quickly turning that around and can show that was more of an outlier and the norm will LIKELY, not certainly but likely take back over and we will get back to a top 10-20 win % type program (don't think we will see another 75 year period as the #1 program.
