Since you have historically provided us some of our very best coaches in football, please continue this tradition and have Childress packed and ready when the season is over. Thanks in advance.

Sorry. We rich now. Good luck, though. You might want to take a look at the dude at Dallas Baptist.

If this team chokes again, you can take him. I've seen us become a completely different team when the tournament starts too many times. Hopefully, that isn't the case this year.

A&M's coach is good but yet to prove he is great. He has a really good club this year no doubt. Go after him and you are buying him at his highest point ever.

Out of fad this year but honestly Arkansas' coach is pretty good. You can buy low a proven coach here.

And Bama is not taking a coach from another SEC school

The nature of college baseball is that smaller--sometimes private--colleges can and do compete at levels as high as the largest public universities.

There are typically many great coaching options available at any given time.
ADs need only do their homework to find a diamond in the rough.

We'd give you Serrano but we just rewarded him with a new 12 month contract with zero buyout.

It's not likely but possible. There had to be some type of internal riff ar A&M.... And not to make it about this overridden subject but kind of like Chavis and LSU that had a disagreement way before A&M entered the picture.

Van Horn is an Arkansas alum. He's not leaving here to go to Bama.

Not likely he will.

My point was more about not going just with the hot coach(es) at the moment when you make a wish list.

The funny thing is many in our fanbase were growing tired of Childress prior to this season. He's a great pitching coach but has traditionally had mediocre offenses that flame out in the supers against good pitching.

This year, our pitching has actually taken a dip but our offense is lights out. He needs to make a deep run in Omaha though just to prove he can get us to that level. In our one trip during his tenure we got raped.

Just give us the baseball equivalent of another Bear Bryant. That's all we're asking.

Thanks

Bryant's coaching methods would probably land him in prison by the standards of today's pussified society. Check out San Quentin, I think they've had a league for about a hundred years.

If you know your history and are smart look to Northwestern State University for your new coach.

Our fanbase wants to fire every HC not named Gary Blair. The funny thing is the SID just posted a twitter saying A&M is the only school in DI that had every sport make the post season.

Add Pat Henry's name, and sadly, that's a true story.

I give this a B-

While you did take Bear (who we took from Kentucky), Stallings was fired for being a terrible HC when he was at A&M. Everyone remembers that Cotton Bowl when he led A&M to an upset win over Bear and Bama but most people don't realize that team started off 0-4 and was Stallings' only team at A&M with a winning record in 7 seasons. After A&M, Stallings was a DB coach under Tom Landry for 23 years and then the HC of the Stl/Phoenix Cardinals for 4 seasons.
