That is a bummer. That kid ran his arse off for Auburn in 2013. He had great balance it seemed from the games I watched.

That. I also hope he gets checked out with MRI's or a neuro as well in case its a physical condition causing it. Either way, it's a sad thing to see happening to a young guy like that.

One of the hardest things to deal with is a close relative with severe mental illness. Just hope his family can get him the help he obviously needs.

This ^^ And that kid fought hard and did his job while he watched damn near all of his AU teammates lay down and fricking give up on Auburn during the 2012 shite season. Tre Mason and Jonathan Wallace were two players that noticeably gave 100%, fought hard, and played their best.

I hate to hear this about Tre, help is there for him if his family seeks the resources available.

Doesn't have to be due to injury. Schizo/Bi-Polar is a common mental disorder and most people don't develop it until their late teens/early 20's

When I was in middle school I had a substitute teacher with this. She didn't take her meds one day (forget to or just didn't, IDK), and she went from nice to completely insane, and then nice again after finally somebody told her about taking the pills. First time I had ever witnessed someone with mental problems like that.

It's either something like that, or he took an injury last year that destroyed something in his brain and caused this mental break.

This situation is sad, no doubt about it.

But I'm tired of people blaming football for it.
