Its difficult work being the HC of a major football program. Gus is the latest one trick pony that ran in to leadership issues.

Gus' coddling is nothing short of Chizik 2.0 and it is costing this team dearly. I truly think that Muschamp is trying his best to get the defense to buy in to the new scheme but their heads just are not into it thanks to Gus being such a puss and allowing all of the attitude problems to fester and grow. It's going to be tough to turn this thing around the remainder of the year.
