Has there ever been 6 SEC schools to host baseball regionals?

Looking at the standings, rankings abc RPI there are 7 SEC baseball teams in the RPI top 20.
Could we see 6 of them host regionals this year?
Florida
South Carolina
Texas A&M
Mississippi State
Ole Miss
Vandy
LSU

NCAA will screw one of those 6 in order to get another conference a host site.

It depends on the mood of the NCAA. They do love to pull the "OMG TOO MANY SOUTH SITES" bullshite and send someone up North.

we arent hosting, we were creeping up until the past two weekends where we have completely shite the bed.

I think the SEC has had 5 a few times, but never 6.
I doubt the SEC gets 6 this year.

Would be nice but I don't see LSU hosting a regional. I am just hoping for an invite to a regional

I don't think it will happen.
But, there was an eye opening map that showed that the SEC and ACC with maybe TCU and TTech there were only TWO teams way out on the west coast that were even in the hunt to host.
I think it will be a non issue, but damn the people who try to shoehorn undeserving teams into hosting just because of lack of geographical diversity.

This. LSU has played poorly in nonconference games. In the SEC, a series win over Vanderbilt is all LSU has to hang its hat on. The other six, including Vandy, on the OP's list are more deserving to host.

Kendall Rogers sees 4 national seeds for sec schools and 6 sec hosts.
