To be truthful, their streak could end this weekend but they'll have an easy week next week with a series with Georgia next weekend.....

Suddenly? We've always cared about it...we just sucked at it for a very long time. Kinda tempers the amt of shite talking one does in that situation. Look at our attendance records...we never deserted the sport. We just have something to contribute regarding basketball now, so of course we are far more visible than in the past.

Baseball winning streaks don't mean jack at the beginning of the year, even less if they're not in conference play. If anything, it means a team is peaking at the wrong time of year.
How about, oh, 58-5 and only needing one win in two games to make it to the CWS?
