Just curious because LSU fans have moved on to the coaching search but both team's athletic sites have no information on Chavis leaving LSU or being officially named DC by Texas A&M.

If he returned to LSU would y'all be mad?

With as bad as they've talked about him they would melt.

They're finalizing his playlist for practice

I did like the guy but it is curious that we are in full on search mode when he has not officially left the team. I thought A&M was going to announce this last Friday.

It amazes me how aggies want to avoid the question and keep on trolling.

The entire college football world knows he will be at TAM next year except perhaps the OP.

To answer your question, I'm pretty positive the ink is dry.

“I’m excited to play with a great offense, and certainly looking forward to helping the defense get better,” Chavis told the Chronicle from the tarmac of Easterwood Airport. “We get that situation done, and certainly you’re looking at a time, in my mind and in my vision, we will compete for championships.”

Which school do you think he's talking about?

If you would read my post I asked why has it not been officially announced? It is a simple question for information but you have to wade through the little kid responses before a grown up will answer your question.

He has. He just didn't see it necessary to tell his players.

I am too but I thought it would be a big press conference to get the hype going for recruiting/next year.

Big press conferences typically happen for head coaches, not assistants.
I doubt you'll see anything.
But I'm pretty sure the recruits have been informed.

I'd want to know so you could at least have some sort of a template as to how LSU will announce their new DC. Will they wait for a news conference, or will it be something that's just leaked to the media?

Y'all should quit busting the OP's balls - the question has merit
