Has a coach ever blamed a loss on a scoreboard? Looks like he is already making excuses.

The Auburn coach is legitimately concerned about the behemoth in the south end zone of Jordan-Hare Stadium.
"It's big and it's bright and you can't miss it," Malzahn said. "It really grabs your attention."
"We turned the scoreboard on and it definitely caught my attention," Malzahn said. "I want to get our players used to it, because it's a factor. It's a big factor."
Malzahn has long expressed interest in the board and how it may affect his players, especially kickers and punters and the returning specialists who will have to look to the sky to field balls.

I'm not following? We don't play in Jordan Hare for another month.

I don't see where he is blaming anything on the scoreboard just that he wants the players to get use to it.
I guess they don't teach basic reading comprehension in Gumptard school.

Attending games used to be fun. I don't need a scoreboard distracting me every down at a live event

Well I rest my case about reading comprehension in Gumptard school.

How do people let a scoreboard distract them? Take some ridelin next time and dont go all "SQUIRREL!" everytime something is on the screen.

I agree with him. unless they turn that big fricker off during punts and kickoffs, it can play a major roll in finding the damn ball.

Would it be unfair to play this when Bama is trying a FG????
