Lol, Bama getting played like a 20 year old fiddle. Expect Gregg to get a fat raise and stay at WSU for another few years before going to a blue blood or top 35 job.

I know reading comprehension is difficult for you, but his AD at WSU has the last name of Sexton, Marshall's agent is Myles Solomon

only 5 in the SEC are. Sexton has a history of getting coaches fat raises, hell he just got Hugh fricking Freeze 4.5 million a year.

Marshall has every bit of the leverage here. Could he go to bama? Absolutely. Could he be forcing Texas' hand? Absolutely. Could he be playing this for a bigger raise from Wichita State? You betcha.

may not get him, but I admire Alabama's tenacity in going after him. He's with out a doubt the best "legitimate" candidate out there. I'm sure Cal, Izzo and K would come fro $75 million a year and an equal trust for their families, but even the REC doesn't have that kind of money.
