Texas A&M / Nebraska 2010.

Video

That was a crazy game. The build up by our athletic department to get 30,000 students at the game, we had 90,079 fans in the stadium, seats on the track. Nebraska just could not compose themselves and lost in a defensive battle. Their dick-nosed coach lost his mind. The 12th man towels waved to the beat of the march in cadence. The throwing of the towels after the game and the rushing of the field.

I was hoarse for a week.

Eight days after Bonfire collapsed, killing 12 of our finest. Not a dry eye at Kyle Field. We were not going to lose that game.

For me it was LSU-UF in 1997.

I went to LSU Vandy the week before and watched LSU hold on to win 7-6 after Vandy scored late in the game, got 4 penalties trying to go for 2, and then missed a 40 yard XP.

UF was rolling along, looking poised to break the Bear's record for consecutive SEC wins and then out of no where LSU shocked them on the backs of the newly returned Bandit package and Herb Tyler option runs.

The WORST game I have ever been to was the following week versus Tommy Tubberville and Ole Miss at 11am.

Auburn 88 (the Earthquake Game)

Although truth be told, this was an ugly defensive slugfest not unlike the Bama game last year. But the ending, like last year, was oh so sweet and of course, part of LSU and geological lore forever.

Nothing compares to 07 Florida. I was about 30 rows up in the endzone where the celebration happened.

I feel like as a student I've been screwed on going to incredible games that we lost(2010 Florida, 2011 USC, 2009 LSU)

Only awesome win as a student that I've seen in person was 09 USC.

'07 Mizzou v Nebraska: We won 41-6, allowing just two field goals, both of which were the result of good starting field position for Nebraska. It was one of the best game atmospheres I've been to at Faurot and taking down Nebraska like that was incredible.

'08 Mizzou v Colorado: 58-0 win over a Colorado team that had dominated us just a decade prior.

'03 Mizzou v Texas Tech: QB Brad Smith rushed for 291 yards and five touchdowns. We won 62-31, so the game wasn't very interesting but watching Brad Smith that day was a sight to behold.

Honorable mention for the worst game I've attended:
'09 Texas Bowl: Mizzou v Navy: After scoring on the first play of the game, Mizzou failed to move the ball and got plowed, 13-35.

Oh, you a-hole. I am STILL butt hurt over that game. fricking Hodson hit an LSU RB in the back of the endzone to win that game 7-6. Was a great, great defensive game. Old time SEC. Tracy Rocker won the Outland Trophy that year.

And I stand corrected on the WORST game. Auburn beats MSU 3-2. Jeezus. Both coaches should have been fired then killed immediately after that game.

Wildest game atmosphere I ever experienced. Loudest I have ever heard Tiger Stadium to this day. It was electric.

Anyone mention the '93 tie at the Third Saturday in October to extend to 8 the lossless streak? I was 12, and it was awesome!
