Since obviously nothing is 100% guaranteed, if you had to assign your best guess in terms of % chance for a team to win the SEC next year?

My own random made up guess:

Alabama 55%
LSU 15%
Auburn 10%
Georgia 5%
Florida 5%
Tennessee 5%
Remaining field 5%

This was my gut reaction as well, but it only takes 1 team surging unexpectedly and 1 or 2 upsets to make a crazy season.

It will be either From the West Bama or AU. the East will be UGA, UF or UT (since they play Bama and UF and UGA do not in reg season I would give UT the least chance of those 3)

West SEC / Division
Alabama 65% / 75%
Auburn 9.875% / 24.5%
LSU 0.125% / 0.5%

East SEC / Divsion
Georgia 10% / 40%
Florida 10% / 40%
Tennessee 5% / 20%

Remaining field 0% Hasnt happened yet and will not start in 2017

Even if it's Bama 50% and Field 50% (which it *IS*, btw), Field is pathetic.

Who exactly is going to play QB for LSU? Danny Etling? I'd put the Etling Orgeron combo a little closer to 0%

SEC East teams would need to be given 5% or less. I don't see any of them realistically beating a west champion regardless of who it is.

Will still need to see what happens with early departures for the draft-- right now, I think that's doing the most to de-claw potential challengers to Alabama, particularly Florida.

The East is undoubtedly worse, and significantly so-- *however*, the East only has to win 1 game, to win the SEC title-- so all the teams there will have a disproportionately better chance than they merit, as they have to pull off only a single upset.

Alabama 80
Florida 10
Georgia 5
Auburn 3
Field - 2%
