They don't have titles to trade, only one title

Anyone who wouldn't is lying to themselves.
UK has a billion basketball titles, what's losing 1 going to matter if it means a FOOTBALL title in return? This should be a no brainer.

I'll trade them 1941 for their 1996 title.
Don't look it up guys it's legit. Fair trade here.

I'd prefer to pull a Florida and not be limited to one sport.
But, I'd trade a basketball title for a football title.

Can anyone imagine Kentucky ever winning a title? They'd have to have a Cam Newton talent.

I've actually asked several Kentucky friends whether they would trade 1 basketball title for 1 football title. Each of them said no without hesitation. I was surprised. I underestimated how much they care about basketball and their legacy among the elite teams. They would absolutely not be willing to sacrifice any of that in return for a football title.
I would definitely trade an Alabama national title for a basketball title but I bet a lot of Alabama fans feel the same way as those Kentucky fans about this issue.

I'm sure they could claim a football title somewhere. They should consult with Bama fans.

shite, I'd trade one of our basketball titles for another SEC title in football.

1950, based on Jeff Sagarin. They even made a knockoff crystal trophy but replaced it with the Sugar Bowl trophy for that season after getting made fun of.

Would bama trade a legit football title for a basketball one? Hell no.

One of the mysteries of life, like UF with wimmins hoops is why UK can't be more competitive in football. They have fan support and money, so you would think they could.

We aren't even competitive in women's hoops. Currently 11th in the SEC.

Making the run through March Madness would be a lot more fun than any of our football championships.

That was my point. We are good in every sport, but WBB.
We got better the last few years but have regressed back to the basement this year. Why? Why can everyone else have a good WBB team but us?
Not bitching but it is just funny to me. We have the best women's sports program maybe in the country, but not WBB.
And UK is similar with football is the comparison I was making, though not very well obviously.

It depends. It was fun in 06 but 07 was so stressful because we were expected to repeat and anything less would've been considered a failure.
