Only objection: I'd sub out Hayden Hurst at TE for Nauta.

I think his NFL ceiling might be the highest, but I need to see a bit more there. By the end he very well could be the best, though.

Pretty good list based on what we know. There will be some young ones emerge to replace some players.

That is my hope for the Hogs. You have to have some All-SEC players on both sides of the ball to win in this conference.

RB - Nick Chubb, Georgia

While I think Chubb at 100% is the best RB since McFadden, I just don't see how UGA gives him enough carries to be 1st team w/ Michel/Hollyfield/FR 5* behind him. I don't even know if Chubb is 100%, he sure wasn't last year

I would put Kam Pettway there again. Auburn/Gus has always force fed the RB #1 and is designed to put up Madden type rushing stats. There is a reason why AU has a 1st team All SEC RB 3/4 years

DL - Marlon Davidson, Auburn

I think Marlon Davidson will definitely deserve consideration w/ his play, I don't expect him to get the "sexy stat (sack/TFL)" numbers to get the recognition he'll deserve

quote:

LB - Shaun Dion Hamilton, Alabama

I don't buy the hype of Hamilton. Not sure who I'd replace him though. I would say Rashaan Evans would be a better pick from Bama, but would be weird w/ another edge rusher listed in Arden Key

quote:

DB - Carlton Davis, Auburn

He better step it TF up to get 1st team. He's got the talent for sure, but he had some problems last year that are concerning.

quote:

K - Daniel Carlson, Auburn

We should predict second team K, it isn't fair with Carlson

If Nick Chubb plays 100% + gets 20-25+ carries / game, he will be first team All SEC

I don't know if he is 100% or will even get that many carries. He didn't fit that bill last year

Even if stidham proves competent he won't sniff all sec in that offense it's a running offense. Allen is going to put up 3000 plus passing yards 25 plus passing tds hurts is going to run for 15-20 tds shite drew lock is going to put up numbers

Looks good except I would put the guy that led the SEC in total yards last season in at QB.

TBD.

I want to see what Chip Lindsey has installed before agreeing or disagreeing.

That's why Cam didn't sniff all SEC.
