Gil Brandt's Greatest NFL RBs
What do you guys think about this? Barry Sanders is way too low and having Elliot at 26 is crazy.

Who in their right mind ranks Elliott in the top 30 when he's only played one season in the league, especially when you're Gil Brandt? His placement downgrades players who are ALREADY IN THE HOF and ranked lower, invalid fraud.

Bo in top 15 all-time?! He only played NFL part-time, isn't in the HOF, and never gained 1,000 yds in a season, outrage travesty.

Top 3 all-time.
Bo Jackson played in fewer than 40 games and never had a 1,000 yard season. Might be the greatest athlete of all time, but he's certainly not one of the greatest NFL running backs of all time.
Here is a better list. It is literally just a filter from pro-football reference of guys with 7500yds, 4 ypc, and 50 TDs; ordered by ypg. Took less than a minute.

I might be a homer because Barry is my favorite RB ever but I think he is number 1.

Brandt is a Cowboy man. You know he's gonna be biased a bit. I love listening to the guy tell stories and evaluate talent tho.

Barry Sanders could break God's ankles.

I knew Cam was good at maximum jimmy rustle, but Bo seems to have that same skill set.
War Eagle.

Everyone who read that list is now 2 points dumber in the IQ department.....

Elliot's inclusion completely invalidates everything. He wasn't even the best RB last year...

It's obviously based on raw talent as much as success. Thats obviously why Herschel got left off. Brandt is historically one of the better scouts in the industry, so I'll take his word.

Herschel had neither the longevity nor consistency to warrant his inclusion on the list, great all-purpose guy though

Y'all get more satisfaction out of the trail of filth Cam Newton left behind than the actual national championship y'all won that year

If by filth you mean butthurt redneck Bama fans, then absolutely. Theres been what. 4 other teams win the championship since we did... but the butthurt over Cam Newton never dies down!
We've gotten more traction out of 2010 than Bama has all of your championships together

Not what we thought when he got in the league, but was the best all-purpose back ever. Only one ever to gain over 4,000 yards rushing, receiving and return yards.
