This is a question for teams that haven't been to a championship game national or conference. If you knew 100% you are going to lose the game. Would you still want to go?

Only Ole Miss can answer that question in the West.

There are a lot of SEC teams that haven't been to a national championship.

Are there?

Are you happy with Gus just getting to a bowl game or would you like for him to win one at some point?

Are you saying that if we won the west, we would have a choice to play or not play in the SECCG, but if we play we are guaranteed to lose?

If so, I would not want to go. What's the point?

It's really sad how proud Arkansas fans are of winning the sack of shite bowl and beating an equally shitty .500 team. It really says a lot about your football program.

Literally nobody else is impressed.

You can't talk shite about another team losing the NC until your team make it to one. So you might as well forget that talking point because that ain't never happening.

Ain't nothig shameful about how close GUS came to winning the BCSNCG. I don't expect you to understand this because outside of one fluke year with Petrino, a New Years day bowl like the outback bowl Auburn went to this year about the pinnacle of Arkansas' bowl hopes in the SEC. But to a program like Auburn that's used to succes and big time bowl games and playing for championships, the outback bowl is kind of dissappointing. It's hard for players to get up for a game like that when the year before they were 17 seconds from a National Championship.

Now to a program like Arkansas that's only won 14 bowl games ever for a winning percentage of 38%, and has won 2 conference games in 2 years under a diabetic coach I guess even the most meaningless pitiful bowl game is something to be excited about.... But just know that literally nobody else is impressed.
You talk shite about GUS coming within 17 seconds of a NC, but you know damn well that if Arkansas ever came within 17 points of even having a chance to be in the NC discussion you would cream yourself.

So you would rather remain a mediocre program than to even experience what it's like to see your team play for any sort of championship?

Wow. That was a long, rambling screed.

Arkansas played in the National Championship Game long before Auburn.

But rattle on about how unimpressive it was for Bert to actually win bowl games and make excuses for Gus losing all of his.

Because just getting there is enough for Auburn fans.
