Gerald Willis to seek NCAA ruling for immediate eligibility

Willis' family will petition the NCAA citing the "run-off" rule. Claims he was in good standing with Florida, and was run off by the new coaching staff. He is also trying to get Speedy to do the same & join him and Dobard @ Miami.
