Also UGA is 2-1 against trashy QBs who were kicked out of school.

Richt just wants to use this to keep players from transferring out after they get in trouble. By telling them if they want to leave they can't go to the SEC and hope that makes them stay.

Domestic Violence. take a step back and take a deep breath. It is for one thing....domestic violence.

Maybe he should come up with rules to keep his players in line and he won't have to worry about them getting in trouble to start with or become the bad thugs that need to be banned from the SEC.

So it was Malzahn's fault that Marshall got caught in a carload of weed after going to Auburn? Thanks for larifying. I for one, have no problem with Auburn giving second chances. As Weagle pointed out, it worked out well for Cam and Marshall. But domestic violence and a couple fo other things cross the line.

I think anyone decrying this idea is only doing it out of a dislike for UGA. It sounds to me like a good idea.

IT's amazing how some on here can fall on the side of domestic violence from their dislike of another school.

If it was only because the players were bad seeds he would do more to keep his players in line and you wouldnt see so many turning into trouble makers under him.

So you are saying it WAS Malzahn's fault that marshall got into more trouble after going to Auburn.

You should keep it that way and while you're at it, tell your coach to leave the rule making to the coaches that aren't known for producing these troublemakers.

So now if a kid gets in trouble at a school it is because the coach is producing him as a trouble maker?

Wow. You are making his point for him.

Because Tennessee players don't get into trouble, do they?

Just so we all understand. You have no problem with Domestic Violence offenders.

Maybe Georgia shouldn't introduce these derelicts to the conference to begin with

Then Auburn wouldn't have a football team.

You slack-jawed rubes see a coach and school that actually punishes people for violating laws (unlike, for example, a bunch of players who curb stomp a police officer in Knoxville) and act like it is Richt's issue and not the player or the team who takes him in after his legal issues are known that are morally suspect

UT's coach does punish people, you uninformed imbecile.

Your beloved Saint Richt is a fricking fraud. He wants to recruit thugs, but act like Mother Teresa when one goes off track.

Doing this for the good of the conference? bullshite! Mr. Less With More is doing everything he can to help himself. He can't win championships when he has the most talented team in the nation. He needs all the help he can get.

Give 50% of the coaches in America the talent Choke Richt has had the past 12 years or so. They would have 3 or 4 championships.

This has NOTHING to do with integrity.

Do you really want to see the streak UT put on you?

Richt teams BARELY could beat UT in some of the worst years of our program. You barely did it with a healthy Todd Gurley. UGA continuing that streak is the least of our worries.

It amazes me how people blame the "recruitment" of thugs, yet when it's February, it's all about star rankings and whose bagman made it to the drop in time. Everyone recruits the same players, and players make good/bad decisions on every team. Some teams may have a culture of the inmates running the asylum, but most deviations revert back to the norm.

This is about setting a standard that if you are convicted of domestic violence, you have no place playing for any team in the SEC. I don't see a problem with that

And here i thought Alabama had the best recruiting classes tha last 4 or 5 years in a row. Thanks for the correction.

So, you say he is a fraud beause he recruits thugs...and another poster a page or so back says he is a fraud because he doesn't believe in second chances. No matter what he does he is criticized. I'm sorry you think Domestic Violence people should get a free pass.

What other convictions should keep you off a SEC field? Just DV? Why that? Is domestic violence such an issue in our conference that we need to specifically single out that crime for extra punishment?

Well, Saban has three, and as far as I know his teams had more talent. Isn't he the only one that has three in the last 12 years? Yet UGA only finishes with top 10 classes. Seems like there ought to be about 9 other schools with 3 or 4 Nattys, if you knew what you were talking about.

All we hear out of you flea-bitten mutts is how much talent you have.

Now that Saint Richt can't buy a championship, it is because you don't have enough talent.

Saban can coach circles around Richt. That is why he has 3 and Richt has 0. It isn't the talent level.
