Due to not being able to beat The University & Tiger Stadium on the verge of being condemned, LSU is giving up football. So their fans are looking for new teams.
Good news for AU, who just moved up a spot in the West. Bad news for The University who has to find another automatic win to schedule every year that doesn't hurt the SoS.
In other words, the Paper Tigers are out of Paper.

McElwain will rule the East. He just won the east with a makeshift O line, a mediocre rb, 1 decent wr, and half a QB. Now he actually has some talent to work with on offense. The rest of you bastards are just playing for 2nd.

Dafuq am I looking at. Fandom denied... this is some UT level offseason bs. With that said...
Eason - has not started a game in the SEC yet... will wait to see
HC - unproven as a HC... defense should remain solid but offense was the problem last season

So far he's shown to be a decent on field coach who can't really recruit. Hate to break it to you, but if you can't win the recruiting battle, the Gators are going to be in a world of hurt. (See: UT 2008-2015)
