Just wanted to get an idea of everyone's expectations are. Actually not your personal expectations but those you think your fanbase generally have.
It's interesting to me because of just how tough the league is right now and how truly tough it is on each coach and program. Especially with Sabear hogging up all the Titles like the selfish SOB he is.
I think UF fans in general believe we should compete for the East at least every other year and expect an SEC Championship maybe every 3 to 5 years and those SEC Championship years we should subsequently competing to be at the top on a National level. Top 5 and or National Title.

Generally
- 9+ wins every year
- Compete for SEC Title most years
- Compete for National Title once every recruiting class
- Win 2/3 of games vs rivals (Auburn, Tennessee, LSU)

Me - 8-10 wins per season counting bowls.
Hogville - 10-12 wins per season not counting bowls.

LSU fans expect at least 10 wins a season and to have a shot at Atlanta

Seriously compete for an SEC title every year, win the west at least once every 3 years. Not lose more than 3 games ever. If that happens, I believe making the CFP will take care of itself

Going forward I would say:
Consistently posting around 10 win seasons and being at or near the top of the division year in and year out
A floor of 8-4 and 3rd in the East
Win the east every 2-3 years or so
Win the SEC/make the playoff every 5-6 years

8-4 and try not to "Ole Miss" the hell out of games. The latter is more of a hope rather than a expectation because it's unavoidable.

We'll always have talented starters, but depth is the one that we've had trouble building with our relatively small recruiting base. Bert has begun to establish depth, and that should pay off in consistency. Instead of a couple of good years then a 5-7 season, I believe he is raising the floor. This season is a good example. We lost alot of very skilled players, and the team should take a step back, but most are still thinking 8-4ish. In short, my expectation is consistency.

Solid Bowl game.
9 wins a year.
Compete for the West every other year considering in state talent.
Beat Bama once before I die.
