LSU offered to play the game "at the place it was scheduled" over a 3 day period of time. With 6 different workable options. Foley refused all 7 in total options. Cann't speak to any team records in Nov. but it is pretty obvious the gators were afraid to play a 3-2 team in their own stadium in Oct. Funny how just last year the Cocks were able to work through every excuse Foley gave for not playing in Gainesville this Sat. It was the same exact situation, except the Cocks wanted to play. The gators did not. Hurricane Rita? LSU moved a home game to Arizona. Hurricane Katrina? LSU moved a home game till that ..wait for it...Monday nite.
