I am really excited about this one. Yeah, I've talked my share of smack, the everyone should be excited that the two PREMIER teams of the SEC are squaring off today.

This is a true barometer for both clubs on how prepared they are for Omaha. The rest of the tourney games are desperate programs trying to impress the Selection Committee.

Good luck Tigers! May the best team (Florida) WIN!

There's gonna be a lot of speed in this game on both sides. I was hoping we would get to play Florida cause we haven't played them this year. Should be a great game

I'm just glad the Aggies lost. They easily could have won our series earlier this season. They're a good team as well.

Go ahead and play Auburn or Alabama for the fourth time. This game is a test for both programs unlike the rest of the SEC.

Oh and Vandy & SC - you can shut it. We owned both of you this season.

As for "premier", I can't think of any other team this season in the Top 10 that LSU hasn't already faced that has been in the CWS final and ranked most consistently in the Top 10 over the past decade. And our RPI is consistently in the top ten. SC hasn't been the same since their coach left.

Once more: Good game Tigers. Keep on hating if you want.

How long before UF baseball drops off like UF football and basketball. Sad to see former elite programs floundering in the muck of suckage.

Well a drop off suggest we've been on top.

How many sports is Auburn suffered a drop off?
