I am tempted to pick Arkansas over TCU, they are replacing all but one starter on offense. But early in the season and on the road I think we find a way to lose.
If the QB play improves, LSU knocks off Bama this year and wins the West, even though they drop another SEC game somewhere along the way.
Mizzou knocks off one of Tenn., Florida, or Georgia.
Arkansas drops at least one ranked team late in the season up in the hills.

I think the biggest upset of the year will be Tennessee beating Vandy. Still a longshot, but I believe it is doable.
